Holiday lighting service

Your quoted price includes company-supplied holiday lights, installation, seasonal maintenance, January takedown, and storage. Your quote describes the lighting areas and selections included in your service.

All lights supplied by Cobb Light Co. remain our property. We do not install customer-owned lights.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 14 days. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your installation. The remaining balance is due after installation, upon receipt of your invoice.

Cancellation and refunds

If you cancel your installation, your deposit is non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund. If Cobb Light Co. cannot fulfill your installation, we will refund your deposit in full. These terms do not limit any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law.

Installation and access

You do not need to be home for service. Please provide access to the installation areas and working outdoor power.

If unsafe weather delays installation, we will reschedule without a rescheduling fee.

Seasonal maintenance

Seasonal maintenance is included. Email hello@cobblightco.com to request service, and we will visit within 24 hours of your request.

January takedown and storage

Takedown takes place in January. You can select from our available takedown appointment slots. We remove and store our lights as part of the included service.

Insurance and safety

Cobb Light Co. is fully insured and follows industry-standard safety practices.
